The ED arrested Mr Kejriwal on March 21 over cash laundering allegations whereas framing the Delhi liquor coverage for 2021-22, which was later scrapped after the Lieutenant Governor raised pink flags. The ED has alleged the cash Mr Kejriwal obtained from the liquor sellers was used to fund the occasion’s marketing campaign in Goa, since he’s the convenor of the AAP.
Mr Kejriwal and the AAP have from the beginning maintained the Centre has been misusing its businesses to harass the Opposition with false circumstances.
